YARN

• 50 (75) grams of Ito Washi.
• Optional 20 (40) grams of Ito Niji. Niji is a fine thread with long sequences of artfully plied colors that will add a subtle wash to your scarf or shawl when carried along with Washi. It won’t change your gauge significantly.

NEEDLES

• 36” circular US 4 (3.5 mm).
• Straight or circular US 8 (5 mm) for binding off.

GAUGE

• 20 sts and 34 rows = 4” in garter st on US 4 (3.5mm).
