Serishin is made using a complex traditional Japanese production process: the silk is dyed, then the threads are placed parallel to each other and pulled through a bath to connect them. This allows the silk to keep its noble sheen. The result is a flat silk yarn, which when knitted, forms a very soft and fluid fabric.
